Kava roasts with an emphasis on balance and drinkability, choosing coffees that translate clearly and consistently in everyday brewing. The profiles feel composed and generous, allowing the home barista to approach them with confidence. There is an ease to the experience — a sense that the coffee is meant to be enjoyed rather than decoded.
I visited Split in 2022 and experienced firsthand the atmosphere that shapes KAVA’s work. What stood out was not only the quality of the coffee, but the sense of cohesion behind it — the feeling that every part of the process mattered equally. Including Kava in the lineup feels meaningful for that reason: coffee that carries both craft and heart, where the whole is stronger than any single element.
