Do you ship outside of Italy?

At the moment, JONNY ships exclusively within Italy, including Sardegna and Sicilia. Expansion to other European countries is planned for the future.

Are import duties and customs fees included in the prices?

Yes. All prices shown on JONNY include applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees. There are no additional charges upon delivery within Italy.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items are typically prepared and shipped the next business day. Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days depending on your location.

Once your order has been fulfilled and the shipping label created, you will receive a tracking number by email.

How fresh is the coffee?

Every coffee listing includes the roast date. Coffee benefits from a short resting period after roasting:

  • Filter coffee is best brewed from about 7 days after roast
  • Espresso is best brewed from about 14 days after roast

For optimal freshness, coffee should be enjoyed within 4 months of the roast date.

Any coffee remaining in inventory with a roast date older than 6 weeks is discounted, and coffee older than 12 weeks is removed from sale.

Can you grind my coffee for me?

Coffee is sold as whole bean only. Grinding just before brewing is essential for preserving freshness and flavour.

If you need a grinder, explore our selection of manual coffee grinders. Otherwise, consider asking your local barista to grind it for your preferred brew method.

How should I store my coffee?

Store coffee in its original sealed bag, away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid refrigeration.

Once opened, reseal tightly and use within a few weeks for the best flavor experience.

Can I return coffee?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and bakery products, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not available.

Can I return tools or handmade ceramics?

Unopened and unused tools or ceramics may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To begin the process, email ciao@jonnyroma.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product’s current condition.

My order arrived damaged or there was a mistake. What should I do?

Please contact ciao@jonnyroma.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so it can be resolved promptly.

Do you offer repairs or maintenance on tools?

JONNY does not offer repair or maintenance services. For manufacturing defects or warranty claims, please contact the original manufacturer directly. They can direct you to authorized service centers.

Why don’t you sell entry-level equipment?

JONNY curates professional and semi-professional tools designed to support long-term quality at home. The focus is on equipment that encourages consistency, durability, and serious brewing.

If you are just beginning your coffee journey and are not ready to invest, consider supporting your local coffee shop.
