Refund policy

Coffee & Bakery Products

All sales of coffee and bakery products are final. Due to the perishable nature of these items, returns and refunds are not accepted.

If your package arrives damaged, please email ciao@jonnyroma.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product

Verified damaged items will be replaced.

Tools & Handmade Ceramics

Tools and ceramics may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In perfect condition
  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, email ciao@jonnyroma.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product’s current condition

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

JONNY does not provide additional warranties on tools or accessories. For manufacturing defects, customers should contact the product manufacturer directly to activate any applicable warranty.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify JONNY within 48 hours with supporting photos. Verified transit damage will be replaced.
