The farm is managed by Feliciano Sabillón and his family, whose dedication has helped establish El Carbonal as one of the region's respected coffee-producing farms.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFeliciano's journey into coffee began after inheriting the family farm, transitioning from a career outside the coffee industry into full-time coffee production. Today, he works alongside his wife, Irma Madrid, an accomplished coffee producer and past Cup of Excellence award recipient, as well as their son. Together, the family oversees every stage of production with a focus on quality and long-term sustainability.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt El Carbonal, several varieties are cultivated, including Pacas, Catuai, Parainema, and Geisha.
