This anaerobic natural Gesha opens with the sharp, juicy character of sour cherry, followed by the delicate fruitiness of coffee cascara and a distinctly fermented, almost sake-like finish. Floral and expressive, with layers that shift as the cup cools, it’s a coffee that rewards slowing down and paying attention.

Roaster’s Description

Colombia Diego Horta is a single-origin coffee grown in Santa Maria, Huila, at 1,600–1,700 metres above sea level. Produced by Diego Horta at El Rincón farm, this Gesha undergoes a natural anaerobic process. Meron describes the cup through notes of sour cherry, coffee cascara and sake, with medium acidity and a medium-light roast profile. The coffee is handpicked, carefully selected, processed and roasted in small batches to highlight the unique characteristics of its origin and processing method.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1028/6550/2533/files/JONNY-Meron-Colombia-Diego-Horta-Gesha-1.jpg?v=1791313681
